I began making soap in 2012 after much research into the harmful ingredients contained in many modern soaps and body products. I wanted to create natural beauty products free from phthalates, parabens, and sulfates.
At the time, we were city dwellers, and I got by with a small backyard garden and a small flock of chickens, but I had dreams of a small country farm where I could raise goats and breathe fresh country air.
Fast forward to 2023, we homeschool & raise goats, chickens, and pigs on ten acres in East Feliciana Parish in Louisiana.
I'm still on a mission to create clean bath and body products and have expanded the line of goat's milk soap to include tallow beard balm & face cream, lotion & candles.
